Woody Investments, LLC is a small family-owned property management business located at 815 16th street in Greeley, CO, and we have catered to the UNC Student body for over 30 years. We currently offer a portfolio of over 200 rental units for both students and families with nearly all of them being located within a couple blocks of campus.

We only manage our own properties, which we feel is better because with ownership comes pride, and this pride motivates us to constantly improve these properties in order to enhance our customers' experiences.

We have a full-time staff of three qualified maintenance personnel as well as two full-time friendly office ladies. This staffing gives us the ability to handle emergencies around the clock, and in-house, which provides our clients with a quicker response time and allows us to maintain some of the best student rentals, at the most competitive pricing, on and around Campus.

We also make use of convenient technology to make living in a Woody Investments managed property more convenient than ever. Not only can you view available properties online, once becoming a resident, you can activate your Tenant Portal, allowing you the ability to place work orders, communicate property concerns, receive communication from our office for scheduled maintenance, and to securely make rent payments with just a few clicks.
